Punching Bag Mount Where Can I Get A Small Wall Mount Frame To Hang My Punching Bag?

Where can i get a small wall mount frame to hang my punching bag? - punching bag mount

I have a 90cm by 30cm Punching Bag, Weight approx 30 kg. This would depend on support framework for the wall, or should I consolidate? The problem is that I am not sure if my beam celling can support the weight of the bag, so I thought about using a wall bracket for hanging. Help please.
